Behind the scenes
Once your order has been confirmed, Herman Miller's Electronic Ordering System instantly feeds the information to the factory where your furniture is made to order. From there, it is delivered, either to our warehouse or direct to your workplace and installed.

10-day
FasTrak lives up to its name. When you order furniture on the 10-day programme, not only can you choose form the widest available ranges of office furniture but you will have our guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment from Herman Miller's factory in 10 days.
Say when
10 day or 20 day – the choice is yours. Either way you’ll get your furniture delivered faster than any other furniture supplier.
Made to order
It’s not just the occasional consignment that is made to order by Herman Miller, it’s every product for every customer. Once your order has been received via our Electronic Ordering System, the factory production line is activated on your behalf. All items are then assembled, checked, packaged and dispatched in one continuous sequence. You can even drop by and watch your furniture being made.
Home grown
Because Herman Miller’s FasTrak furniture is assembled in the UK, it is easier for us to ensure continuity of supply and shorter leadtimes. It also means that dealers and customers have direct access to the point of manufacture should any queries arise.
